2. Website access and hosting

This website is delivered and hosted through Webflow, Inc., USA. When the site is accessed, technical logs may process information including the IP address, date and time, requested page or file, referrer URL, browser type, operating system and device information.

Processing serves the secure, stable and efficient delivery of the website and the prevention and analysis of technical attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in operating, securing and maintaining the functionality of the website.

3. Processing services and international transfers

Webflow processes hosting data as a service provider under its contractual data-protection terms. Processing in the United States or other countries outside the European Economic Area cannot be excluded.

Webflow is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Where required, Standard Contractual Clauses or other safeguards under Articles 44 et seq. GDPR are used in addition. Further information: Webflow EU Privacy Policy and Webflow DPF record.

4. Cookies, analytics, marketing and forms

This website currently uses no operator analytics or marketing services, tracking pixels or web forms. The language switch does not store a selection. Only technically necessary identifiers of the hosting service may be used.

No consent banner is used while no consent-requiring service is active. If technical features are later expanded, this notice will be updated before activation and consent will be obtained where required.

5. Contact

If You contact us by email or telephone, the information You provide is processed to handle the enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual communication and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on the legitimate interest in proper communication and documentation.

Please do not send particularly sensitive information by unencrypted email unless necessary and agreed in advance. Contact does not itself create an engagement.

6. Recipients and retention

Data is disclosed only to internal functions and external recipients required for hosting, communication, engagement intake or compliance with legal duties. Any further disclosure requires a legal basis or consent.

Personal data is retained only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose. It is then deleted unless statutory retention duties, evidentiary requirements or limitation interests require continued storage.

7. Your rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and object to processing. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

Processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR may be opposed for reasons arising from Your particular situation. There is an unconditional right to object to direct marketing; this website currently conducts no direct marketing.

9. Security, automated decisions and changes

The website is transmitted in encrypted form when delivered through Webflow. No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place through this website.
